CHRISTMAS EVE FAQ

We’re offering three service times: 2 PM, 4 PM, and 6 PM. Each service will last just over an hour, so you can choose the time that works best for you! 

No reservation needed! If you have a “fastpass,” you can enter the Sanctuary 30 minutes before each service. Otherwise, doors open for general admission 15 minutes before each service. If the Sanctuary fills up, we’ll have an overflow space available, so there’s plenty of room for everyone. 

For general admission, we suggest arriving about 20 minutes early. This gives you time to park and settle in. And if you’re using our free childcare for little ones (0-3 years), you’ll need a few extra minutes to check them in. 

You’re in for a beautiful experience! Our service includes singing, storytelling, dancing, and a special candle lighting moment—perfect for the holiday spirit. 

Not at all. Just relax and enjoy! When the service ends, feel free to stop by our “New Here” tents—we have a welcome gift for you and a little something for your kids. We would love to meet you!

There’s no dress code! Come as you are—whether that’s jeans, a Christmas sweater, or even a fancy date night suit. Whatever makes you feel comfortable, we’re happy to have you just as you are. 

Yes! We offer free childcare for ages 0-3. We also have a family-friendly room with a live broadcast of the service in case you’d like a quieter space. Your kids are always welcome to stay with you in the service if that’s your preference! 

We also have sensory rooms and “The Village,” our fully-staffed ministry for individuals with special needs, so everyone in your family is welcome and supported.
